Description

The Dovana Gift Card App provides you with the capability to oversee gift cards in a manner similar to regular products within your Adobe Commerce platform. Users have the ability to create products specifically designated as gift cards, granting them the flexibility to tailor these offerings according to their preferences. Furthermore, users are empowered to make modifications to existing gift cards or remove them as needed, ensuring a seamless and customizable management process for gift card products.

Configuration

Use this guide for the application configuration. In the configuration tab, you must include your store URL.

Login

Login with your commerce admin user account to access the gift cards.

Manage Gift Cards

After successful login . It will redirect to the gift cards grid.

Add Gift card

On the Gift cards grid page,  click on the Add gift card  button .It will open a new page  “Create Gift card”. After filling required fields and clicks the Submit button, the gift card  will be added and a success message will be displayed .

Update Gift card

Clicking On “Edit” icon option from the grid row , will open a new page  “Edit Gift card”. After filling required fields and clicks the Submit button,, gift card will be updated with the new data and a success message will be displayed.

Delete Gift card

Clicking On “Delete” icon option from the grid row, will open a modal asking you if you are sure you want to delete that specific gift card..

If the user clicks Ok, the gift card will be deleted and a success message will be displayed.

Logout

Clicking On “User” icon from the top right corner  , it will show the logout option on the dropdown model". clicks the SignOut button,, it will logout from dovana app
